RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS -
We will honor all cancellation requests within 1 day of order. If your order has already been engraved, a 30% materials fee will apply.

As a company, we are always striving to achieve the highest quality possible. Please be assured that we will do everything in our power to ensure our customer’s satisfaction.
We are happy to make accommodations for a return on non-custom made items if you are completely unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the items back within 30 days of delivery, but this is handled on a case by case basis.
Unfortunately, because of the nature of these items, custom orders are non-refundable since they are unable to be resold. However, we'll be happy to provide you with a different custom item at a discounted rate if desired.
If a personalized item is incorrectly engraved, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost. However, please note that if items are personalized incorrectly based on incorrect information being provided, these are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Of course, we'll gladly replace broken items if damaged during shipping. For broken items, please contact us asap (within 48 hours of delivery). You MUST send a photo of the broken item before a replacement is sent. Please keep all original packaging, as it may be needed as part of the damage claim.
